Hello, how are you today?
I’ve only ever written my “bio” for work events so it’s like a mini cv. Not now, not here!
Part of who I’ve been so far (15+ years) is a salesperson in the tech industry that disrupts - in the best way possible - the way things are done. I am known as a catalyst for culture change across all the teams and organisations I’ve been in. I have outstanding communication and collaboration skills and a well honed ability to influence most people, especially senior leadership, to get things done. Whether that be to buy a product, pivot on a strategy, or promote a more inclusive workplace. I've always been able to convince people to do something because I always truly care about what I'm offering, and I do that by having fun and seeing the opportunity wherever possible.
I keep the nuggets that working in, and with, some of the world's biggest global organisations has taught me. But with great power comes great responsibility, so now instead of working in one place and convincing people of things someone tells me I should, I want to help everyone (individuals and organisations) feel seen, valued and appreciated.
I want to help you find -or get back to- your magic.
A few of the things I’m most proud of so far:
I’m originally from Caracas, Venezuela and have lived in the UK since 2007 building a great life, career and family in a place that is not my own
I have trained thousands of people in the art of self-advocacy and give them tools and the motivation they need to start believing in themselves to go further in their personal and professional lives.
I have shown more resilience so far than I thought possible in an entire lifetime. In the face of unexpected life changing traumatic events, I have kept going and had a pretty spectacular time despite that.
I have worked in and with some of the coolest organisations globally and I have managed to bring my whole self to work. I always hit targets whilst also being the person that changes cultures and lifts everyone around me.
I trained myself to complete the NYC Marathon in 2015 whilst pregnant and have since found a new love for Half Marathons, completing two per year.
I have an amazing, challenging and strong family with my husband and our daughters.
